11.8.2014 As a specialist in sea marking for offshore wind farms, Sabik now has successfully executed the order for buoyage at the construction site of the DolWin betaconverter station. THE NORTHERN SEAROUTE - REPLACING RADIOACTIVE POWER SOURCES WITH SAFE NAVIGATION SOLUTIONS

19.2. THE NORTHERN SEA ROUTE – Replacing radioactive power sources with safe navigation solutions 

Most of the old light beacons on land in the Russian coastline and islands had been equipped with radioisotope thermoelectric generators (RiTeGs) as electric power source. Since the year 2006 Sabik and JSC Technomarine have delivered a complete solution of navigation lights consisting of lights with low energy consumption and a safe and reliable power source with solar panels and wind generators.

LITUS LUX WITH SABIK LED 350 ODSL IN TØNSBERG, NORWAY

Sabik Oy and Carmanah Technologies sign new long-term exclusive cooperation agreement

22.3.2012 SABIK OY AND CARMANAH TECHNOLOGIES SIGN NEW LONG-TERM EXCLUSIVE COOPERATION AGREEMENT

Sabik Oy and Carmanah Technologies, based in Canada, have signed a new five year Exclusive Cooperation Agreement. This agreement builds on the successful two year history of marketing and sales collaboration between the two marine signaling pioneers and initiates a period of deeper integration. Under the terms of the new agreement, reciprocal technology access as well as joint development activities will be undertaken. The combined resources of the two companies will ensure a leadership position in the marine signaling market is maintained based upon leading edge technologies. All marine signaling products will be marketed under the Carmanah/Sabik brand.
